GENERAL

Commissions are for personal use. Commercial use can be negotiated, but will come with an additional fee.I reserve the right to refuse to take on any commission for any reason.I reserve the right to sign or watermark my work. You may not remove this signature or watermark under any circumstances. If you require it to be removed for your specific endeavours (e.g. a book cover or twitch emotes), this can be negotiated.

PAYMENTS

Please let me know if you would like a payment plan! These are offered for all commissions, regardless of total price. However, please keep in mind that work on the deliverable may not be started until the full amount is received.

REVISIONS

Minor alterations will typically be free (colours, slight adjustments, etc). One or two major alterations will be offered for free. Major alterations after this point (major pose adjustments, outfit alterations, etc) come with a fee. Please provide sufficient information to avoid unnecessary revisions. However, if a revision is needed due to a mistake on my part, it will always be free of charge.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

If you have a specific deadline, please specify that in your initial request. I cannot guarantee that deadlines set after the fact can be adhered to.

USE

Usage of my art for generative AI, NFTs or other Cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.Where possible and practicable, please credit me for the artwork. If used commercially, this must include a link to this account.You may create physical versions of any work you receive from me (e.g. prints, keychains, acrylic stands, etc.) provided it is only for personal use. Selling physical goods for non-profit endeavours (e.g. Charity, fanzines, etc.) can be negotiated, and is unlikely to carry additional charges. Commercial use can be negotiated, and I would love to discuss this with you!You may edit any artwork you receive from me, in any way you choose, provided it is only for personal use and does not infringe on any other Terms outlined here. For example, a meme or colour alterations is okay! Using it as a base for commercial projects is not. Credit must still be provided to me, regardless of how many edits are made.You may not use my work in any way that may damage my reputation or character.

ADOPTABLES/CUSTOM DESIGNS

Adoptables and custom designs always come with commercial use for individual (small scale) commercial endeavours. Examples of this include: Vtubing, character designs for a work of fiction such as a book, webcomic, etc., a mascot for your page and streaming. This list is not exhaustive. Adoptables and custom designs do NOT come with commercial usage for the artwork itself, only the character design depicted. This can be negotiated separately.Larger enterprises (such as corporations, agencies, etc) do not have commercial usage for their purposes. This comes with an additional charge.Even if the client has commercial usage rights, credit and attribution must still be provided to me, the artist.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise negotiated, I, the artist, retain all intellectual property rights to the artwork you commission. This means that I have the right to post it on my social media platforms, use it as a sample for future clients, discuss the work, etc. If you would like it to be kept entirely private, this can be negotiated. This is likely to carry an additional charge (5% of the total commission price), but exceptions do apply.If you would like me to sign an NDA (as in a legally binding contract, NOT a request to keep your deliverable private, which is outlined above), this carries an additional charge of 100% of the total commission price.

REFUNDS

If I fail to provide a finished product to you, the client, you will receive a 100% refund.If the commission is cancelled before I begin the sketch process, the client will receive a 100% refund.Past this point, no refunds will be provided.
